Established in the Philippines since November 2005, W is the adult talents, models and celebrity division of Wonderkids Modelling Agency, Inc.
At present, W Talent Management has a diverse line-up of names and faces. Under its wings are a variety of personalities and in charge are W's three divisions: the celebrity/model division handling models, actors and actresses, bloggers, beauty queens, TV hosts and event hosts, and other notable personalities from all over Asia, the creative division taking care of photographers, stylists and make-up artists, and the sports division representing athletes.
W talents are seen on TV shows and commercials in major Philippine networks such as ABS-CBN, GMA 7, TV5, and cable channels under the SOLAR Entertainment group, and the ABS CBN lifestyle channels. W also works on placing its talents in TV shows around the region, working closely with regional production houses and networks such as MTV Asia, Channel V, AXN, and DIVA Universal.
Aside from working within its roster, W accepts booking international artists for major product endorsements and special events.

W's talents are also on international publications including Men's Health, Women's Health, Cosmopolitan, and Philippine publications such as Philippine Tatler, Preview, Metro, Mega, Rogue and more. Aside from the talents' visibility, the agency has kept good working relationships with advertising agencies and direct clients.
